Chicken Tikka

material:


1 pound of ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped coriander
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, coriander, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form mixture into small patties about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.


Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken tikki and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned.

 Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
