Macaroni Recipe



material:


1 pound macaroni pasta
4 tablespoons butter
4 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

procedure:


Boil salted water in a large pot. Add macaroni and cook al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add flour and mix into the roux. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour the milk into the roux, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Add the shredded cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Season with salt and pepper. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and stir until well combined.
Enjoy it hot!
